Refund and cancellation policy

This policy applies to analytics consulting services purchased directly from Proxycachebase. Your signed proposal may contain project-specific cancellation terms.

Before work starts

You may cancel in writing before the agreed start date. A deposit is refundable less reasonable, documented costs already committed for your engagement. If no costs have been incurred, the eligible deposit will be refunded in full.

After work starts

Fees for completed discovery, data review, analysis, workshops or other delivered work are non-refundable. If you cancel part-way through, we will calculate the value of work completed and non-cancellable costs; any remaining prepaid balance is eligible for a partial refund.

Rescheduling and no-shows

Workshops may be rescheduled without charge with at least two business days’ notice. Later changes or no-shows may be charged for reserved preparation and session time. We will make reasonable exceptions for emergencies.

When a full refund may apply

A full refund is available when we cancel an engagement before delivering work, or when we cannot begin the agreed service and no suitable revised scope is accepted. Purchased third-party data, specialist access or other client-approved materials are non-refundable once committed.

How to request a refund

Email hello@proxycachebase.digital with the project name, invoice number, reason and preferred contact details. Submit requests within 14 calendar days of cancellation or the issue becoming known. We will respond within five business days.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible, normally within 10 business days. Bank processing may add time. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.
