These terms govern use of this website and analytics services supplied by Proxycachebase. A signed proposal or statement of work may add project-specific terms; if they conflict, the signed document takes priority for that engagement.

Services and scope

We provide advisory and analytics work described in an agreed proposal. Timelines depend on timely access to accurate source data and stakeholder feedback. Material scope changes require written agreement and may affect fees or timing.

Client responsibilities

You must have authority to provide the data and access used for an engagement, follow applicable privacy obligations, and remove personal data that is not required. You remain responsible for business decisions made from our work.

Fees and payment

Fees, taxes, milestones and payment dates are set out in the proposal. Pricing on this website is indicative only and is not an offer or checkout facility.

Intellectual property and confidentiality

Each party retains its pre-existing materials. On full payment, you may use project deliverables internally as agreed. Both parties must protect confidential information and use it only for the engagement.

Liability

Analytics involves assumptions and limitations. We do not guarantee revenue outcomes. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, liability is limited as stated in the signed proposal; nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
